A number of you have asked about the Cardio Challenge that some of the stroller class moms are attending. The class is open for drop-ins if anyone is interested here are the deets:

What: Cardio Challenge

When: Wednesdays 6-7 p.m.
Saturdays 9:45-10:45
Now thru May 30th

Where: APA Dance studio downtown on Granite (cross street Willis)

Cost: Drop-in per class $10.00
4 class punch card good for the length of the session $32.00
